lol.i'm risking my life to update.
LOL.kidding la.
had 2.4km run today.&napfa test too.

the run totally sucked.i breathed HEAVILY.like i got heart attack.
haha.surprisingly,i ran until e last round,i felt like peeing.eeww.

right..i went to the toilet.den i discovered that my face was BLACk.
ok.not totally back.bt it seems that my face chong xue den nt red,bt black.

hohos.i cnt believe i was the 5th girl to fin running.

lol.napfa wasnt bad.had a crazy time.splitting legs.kicking air.
